Notice on teacher recruitment of School of public health of Jilin University in 2021

According to the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the administration of the employment of new personnel in Jilin University (Revised) and the requirements of the notice on Issuing the personnel supplement plan in 2021, and in combination with the actual work needs of the unit, the school of public health of Jilin University plans to recruit a lecturer in 2021, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

1、 Recruitment conditions

(1) He abides by the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China, has a firm political stance, adheres to the party's basic line and various principles and policies, abides by discipline and law, and is dedicated to his work. Have good professional ethics, the ability to perform job responsibilities and relevant qualifications. Strong teaching ability, including good language expression ability, comprehensive writing ability and English level, good scientific research foundation and development potential.

(2) With doctoral degree, and obtained the corresponding degree. This year's graduates should graduate before September 30, 2021 and obtain the corresponding degree.

(3) Professional requirements: should have public health and preventive medicine, radiation medicine professional background.

(4) Age requirement: 35 years old and below (born on or after July 1, 1986).

(5) Candidates should meet the requirements of applying for teaching and scientific research and holding the post of associate professor.

According to the relevant regulations of Jilin University.

3、 Application materials and methods

(1) Application materials

1. Resume (including personal basic information, study and work experience, foreign language level, professional knowledge level, participation in teaching and research, awards, self-evaluation, future development plan).

2. The original and copies of ID card, academic degree certificate, foreign language achievement, transcripts, published papers and other materials (the original verification will be returned to me, and the copy will not be returned).

(2) Application method

The candidates shall submit their resume and relevant supporting materials to the general office of the school of public health before June 7, 2021, and the specific assessment matters will be further informed. Welcome the broad masses of people of insight and fresh graduates to consult and apply.

4、 Assessment

(1) In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the administration of the employment of new employees in Jilin University (Revised), the assessment methods, procedures, schedule and other related matters will be notified separately.

(2) According to the results of the assessment, the best employment.

5、 Employment related policies

The school shall sign an employment contract with the employed teachers for a period of three years. If the teachers are qualified or above in the first employment period, the school can continue to employ them; If the two employment periods are over and the assessment results are excellent, or if they are promoted to a higher professional and technical position, the school shall sign a long-term employment contract with them.

In the regular selection of teachers, the candidates whose quality and quantity of papers meet the standards of the corresponding types of teachers in our unit for the evaluation and appointment of associate professors, but whose scientific research projects undertaken by the person in charge do not meet the corresponding standards, must be peer reviewed by means of communication review. Those who are considered to be particularly excellent and have development potential can be employed as lecturers. The above-mentioned candidates can be determined as qualified or above only when they meet the standards of the corresponding types of teachers in our unit in the first employment period, and the school will continue to employ them.

6、 Discipline and supervision

(1) According to the requirements of "Regulations on personnel management avoidance in public institutions" and "opinions of Jilin University on Further Strengthening the construction of work avoidance system", the avoidance system is strictly implemented.

(2) Candidates should truthfully fill in and provide relevant materials. In case of any violation of rules and regulations, such as false information, false materials, the application procedure will be terminated or the employment will be terminated once verified.

(3) In case of fraud, favoritism and other behaviors in the recruitment process, once verified, the school will investigate the responsibility of the specific responsible person and cancel the qualification of the employed person.

7、 Epidemic prevention instructions for candidates

(1) Candidates should strictly implement the epidemic prevention regulations of Changchun municipal government. Candidates should show Jilin health code "lucky code" (green code) and communication itinerary card (green code) to relevant staff through mobile phone when they participate in the trial lecture and interview stage (there is no travel record of overseas, medium and high risk areas and epidemic control areas in Changchun City within 14 days).

(2) Candidates should bring their own masks and wear them throughout the examination.

(3) Before applying for a job, we should try our best to avoid going out to areas where diseases are prevalent and public places where people are concentrated. Those who have the following situations are not allowed to participate in the competition:

1. The temperature was higher than 37.3 ℃.

2. They come from the current epidemic areas or have a history of living in the above areas;

3. Those who are undergoing home medical observation according to the requirements of the local CDC department, community or unit, or who have terminated the home medical observation, but have not identified the negative nucleic acid test results;

4. Those who had contact with overseas personnel, personnel in key epidemic areas, and home medical observers within 7 days, and did not have a clear negative result of nucleic acid test;

5. The lucky code and itinerary card showed non green code within 7 days, and the personnel whose nucleic acid test results were negative were not identified;

6. Those with fever, dry cough, diarrhea, fatigue, conjunctival congestion and other symptoms within 7 days.

7. Applicants novel coronavirus pneumonia confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections, suspected patients, close contacts of confirmed cases, or cured for more than 14 days, and can not exclude fever patients who may be infected, they may not take part in this examination. If there is activity track in foreign or non low risk areas within 14 days before the examination, it shall be handled according to the relevant epidemic prevention and control regulations of Changchun municipal government and schools.

(4) The applicant should consciously implement the above provisions and truthfully report his or her physical condition and travel situation. If he or she conceals or causes serious consequences, he or she should bear the corresponding responsibility.
